How do I install an OS, Graphic card drivers, DVD Drive drivers because i don't know how you install things without windows and you need to install the dvd drivers to read the discs so how does it work and what do I do.

You wont need to worry about cd/dvd drivers for install.
Go into the BIOS and set one of your dvd / cd drives as first boot, insert your Windows disc, save and exit, the system will reboot and read the install disc in your drive, this will ask do you want to install windows say yes and follow the on screen instructions.
Once windows is installed then you use the install cd's which come with your motherboard and gpu to install the drivers.

What RJC said, you wont need a DVD driver, just make sure you have to boot device priority set to read from the CD/DVD drive.
Once you have the OS installed you can just download the latest drivers from the manufacturers website. Although you might need to install the network driver from the CD that came with the hardware
