I recently got the Sennheiser Ambeo mini and sub and it sounds incredible. Some issues with it not switching on occasionally (eARC ) but I haven’t had a chance to fault-find properly yet.Looking for a compact soundbar max 800mm long and subwoofer. Any recommendations. Thanks.
I was probably looking at about £3-400 spend.
The last tv I had had a headphone out so I just ran that to the amp and a pair of Q acoustic bookshelf speakers. And it sounded great.
I am now using an hdmi out but I can't control the volume of mute the TV so it is a but clunky to use.
That seems like a great option.i could get it from Richer sounds and give it a try.You could take a look at the Yamaha SR-C30A.
I tried a lg 5ny sound bar it was at costco, it's probably a similar performer to other sound bars in that price range. I don't think a spind bar is for me.
The Wiim amp could be just what i need.
I do have some Q accoustic 3020 speakers which are only 3 years old. One thing i like about the soundbar is the bass from the subwoofer. i may not have room for the sub.£319 at the moment.
Add some speakers £100 or so and decent system, sub later, can high pass speakers built in sub features as well.,

Anyone tried the Polk Magni Ax - i need a really small SB?
Be better with a pair of the new Homepods if they would fit.
Really wanted something with a sub, and dont like apple
What's the largest you can go ?
Probably 40-42 cm - currently using a sky soundbox which i like, but get ****** off with so many remotes hence another reason for looking for an upgrade
Yeah, doesn't give you much to play with. Might be worth trying the Polk unless you go down a Sony HT-A9 route but then mega expensive. What size TV do you have out of interest?
