Nope, usually come with the case. Can get some on eBay for a quid though.

Are you sure your cooler is the Rev.2? The original would only fit 775 whereas the Rev.2 would be fine on the new CPU.

so basically same spec as stulids but with a cheap sound card(tho have read its a good sound card) and a cheaper/worse cooler? I'd stick to the tried and test gelid tranquilo(also shorter than the zanward).

stand offs don't come with motherboards, they come with the case.

Depends on the version of the cooler, there was an earlier not compatible with socket 1155/56.

As for the standoffs, there maybe a solution,

A mATX board has three screws across the top, three across the middle, and two across the bottom (well the one I got here does:))

Remove the old board by undoing these screws, then taking out the middle and bottom standoffs, then just equally spread them about to support the new board?

Yes... posted about 3 seconds after stulid (I hadn't seen his spec). Also the cooler is both cheaper and better performing than the Gelid (which stulid hadn't actually specced).

We need to find out how wide your case is, simple ways of doing this are,

Tape measure from about the surface of the cpu to the side of the case, then take a bit off to account for roughness.

or lay something across the side of the open case and measure down to the PCB, then take some off for roughness.

Or we know that a Freezer7 is 127mm tall, just see how much room extra there is to the side panel.

I never said stulid speced the gelid, the zaward may be better perfoming but is also louder.
 
just guessing around 5 cm from my freezer and i can't find any of those screws. I got one of those bundle things from overclockers, would they give me the extra screws?
 
The screws and standoffs would have come with the case, it may not matter, I said in an earlier post that you may just be able to use the standoffs and screws you currently have and spread them out a bit more for a ATX board.

Say one in each corner and one or two in the middle? etc. It really depends how many is holding your current board in with.

You can buy standoffs if you need. They're 6-32 thread and the length depends on what case you have. Not sure of the usual length though.
