New components needed

My mate is after upgrading his Motherboard, CPU, Ram and Graphics card.

He is not fussy about either Intel or AMD, either will do. He wants 16gig ram.

He already has a very good PSU and hard drives and Windows 8.

All he wants is a new Mobo, CPU, Ram and GPU.

He games quite a bit so needs an up to date GPU.

Now, as for budget, £600 is max.

What do you guys suggest that is fast and able to play all current games? His present setup is approx 4 year old and not worth mentioning! lol
