New computer advice

Hi all,

My friend is looking to buy a new computer using no parts of his previous one as its going to his fiancé. I have not looked at hardware since ddr5 came about so feel a little lost.

I've told him to wait for the 7800x3d release but the rest of his list he has sent me just doesn't feel right, mechanical drive, unsure of ram timings, nvme not the best speeds.

This PC is built for Escape from Tarkov and especially the new map? he is wondering does he require 64gb of ram etc. Hopefully one of you fine specimens might be able to clean the build up and point me in the right direction.
