New computer is noisy, best options to solve this?

I'll try them at 550 to see if that helps. Not sure how I will do that as the ASUS Uefi shows everything in percentages to do with fans.

To be honest I didn't realise they came with an adapter. I just assumed Noctuas were the only fans to come with them

According to Corsair the pumps should be on max voltage 100% of the time, not on a profile.

This is about a custom loop with Corsair fans, not a Corsair AIO
