changed to post office bb last tuesday, during that day i was able to dl at speeds of 700-800 now since friday my maximum speed has been 10-13kbs have spoken to them on many occasions they checked line and told me their records show im getting 7300 could their zyxel modem router they sent be be restricting me as i have never been this low before even when i changed previously ?

just checked status on router and its saying dsl 6528kbs/448kbs i take it that is my download and upload rates so based on this should i be getting those speeds cos at present i am now dl a file at 14.5kb sec ?
 
ouch. :(

don't use torrents to measure speeds though. try a few different speedtesters. even some large files from microsoft. they always max out my connection.
 
dl a graphic driver from ati at the moment 85megs my dl speed is between 9.6kb abd 14kb and as you can imagine there is a long way to go
