-Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz Socket LGA775, 4MB, BOXED w/fan

-Corsair CMPSU-620HX 620W

-Western Digital Raptor X 150GB SATA 16MB 10000RPM


Is anyone aware of any conflicts re the parts he's getting ?
