No mount for my Nikon D70 body !!!!! :(

I have an 18,28,35,50,85 and 135 ... :D
But I still shoot film and scan....with the RX

Time to upgrade to a real camera brand that can take the adaptor? :) You know a 5D / 1DSmkII makes sense, sell some of your speaker cable or something :D

mmmm m42 for the win :D I have a 135mm MC Sonnar Carl Zeiss F3.5, and it's gorgeous both in build quality and optical quality, and the bokeh is just so nice compared to a lot of modern lenses. here's a shot of our cyk, and despite what he says, he is ginger :P Wide open @ f3.5

And can be had for under £50. The 135 Takumar is also a nice lens as is the Pentacon 2.8.

My sympathy cyKey

ROFL ......
Would take a few meters to pay for a 5D
Also it's full frame, think you would get light drop off in the corners with a sensor....(never understood why you don't with film) which is why I thought Contax never did a digital body for the C/Y lens mount... They went to the medium format "N" mount.
Perhaps a 20D/30D, but then the sensor is too small, as wides loose so much angle

1DmkII then? 1.3x sensor, so not full frame but not as cropped as the 2/30D :>

My sonnar zeiss cost me £30 in absolutely mint condition, complete with original box! Looks like it had just come out of the factory :)

Bargain! I'd buy one, but I have the 70-200L, so, I think it wouldn't get a lot of use! I love the 70-200 loads.
