New cooler for HIS X1900CF

Lads,
sorry if this has been asked before..
Finally fed up listening to the rattle that comes and goes after use with the HIS X1900. Do people have a recommendation as to the best fan/cooler replacement ?

This ones a cracker, so is this , but that ones out of stock at the mo, or theres this one , can't go wrong with any of those.

Np, Zalmans highly rated on here, probably the better out of that and the Arctic one, but theres not much in it.

i've got the arctic one. Its totally silent at 100% fan speed. So I just leave it at that, nice and cool and cheap.
