New cooler

I looked your case up and the sliding mobo tray( you loose a few more mm) is one of the reasons I specced the Macho in the first place.

yeah and thanks, the arctic 7 was my first tower heatsink and before that i had a stock cooler on a skt 939 X2 4400 which was my first pc and when i got the bits for this build i got the smallest cooler for the size/money/performance/flimsy motherboard..lol..so my experience on coolers is zilch.

Its a intel ivybridge i5-3570k skt 1155

Not so macho...saw a vid on you tube and didnt realise how big the coolers where, so i bottled out and im getting the themalright true spirit 120m....plus i could fit another fan if it gets too warm or goes bonk.
