My GPU is fine, its my sound card which will be in the way. The mb I have is asrock Z68 extreme 3 gen 4 if you'd like to have a look at its layout.
By looking, it seems I have 7-10mm space.

If you have 7-10mm you should be fine.

I did mine so long ago I don't remember. Sorry.
