Hi, anyone having problems with front filter mesh touching the fans and making static noise?

From the Corsair user forums.

Default 4000D Airflow Front Mesh Filter issue
Hi everyone,

We've found that on some of our new 4000D Airflow cases, the Front Mesh Filter is too loose. If the front intake fans are turned to a high speed, the mesh filter can get drawn into the fans causing them to make contact and create a grating/scratching noise. This should only affect a small number of units and we have replacement Front Mesh filters that will alleviate the issue.

Our Technical Support and Customer Service teams will be happy to assist in providing end-users with free replacements. Please feel free to reach out to our Support teams if you experience this issue.
