New CPU Cooler Help

hey i need help deciding on a decent cooler for my CPU, i current have a stock cooler and its sooooo loud its ridiculous. (especially when play BF3)

could you guys recommend any good quiet coolers?
is it worth upgrading to the Cooler Master H60 on an AMD 965 BE?

i have about £40 budget, or would i be better off forking out the extra £20 for the H60?
 
If you check out the Ocuk H2Flo Extreme is a re-branded H80 (no fans though) and is down to 40 pounds this week!
Both are made by a company called Cool-it

would the fan mounted in the back of my case go with this if it doesn't come with a fan? i'm not sure what the size is but its pretty big
 
If its a 120mm Fan then yes, But as its a radiator i would personally advise getting some good fans with decent focal points in a push/pull config.
