While this is true, I've lost count on the amount of threads people asking what fans to change to on, H70, H50 and H60. Plus I'm sure we'll see the same again come the H80 and H100. 40dBA for those fans.

Hey guys, it has arrived and I have installed it, but it isn't as good as I was expecting
Installed it intaking air from the front and then pushing out of the back. At 4GHz running IBT on extreme, the temps reach 62*c pretty quick. The fans are on maximum and I have tried reseating the heatsink but no change.
Also, the middle fan (140mm I think?) is pretty loud without the resistor
Should be better than that, 62C is the limit for phenom II. Does your case have good airflow? Was there complete coverage of TIM when you reseated it?
I'm using a TRUE black which should have lower performance than the noctua, I'm running a very similar cpu to you, X4 at 4GHz at 1.4V and with 2 noctua fans at 1300rpm it reaches 56C with IBT.
