There are no ryzen CPUs for Lga 1151 and I don't think it's part of AMD's roadmap.

Pick up a 3900X or a 10700K if you want something now or go for a ryzen 5800X if you don't mind waiting till around Easter next year.

For 400 total buy b550 motherboard(~110) Ryzen 3600(~180) + 16 gb of 3200Mhz RAM(~90). Should be around your budget if you chose well

Am not saying you can spend 90 am just asking why you would. 3600mhz should be the minimum speed anyone buys now.

Some low latency 3200Mhz will run easily at 3600 / 3800 / 4000 with CAS 16 / 18 timings

3600 C18 is ¬= 3200 C16 in performance.
It's not just the speed but timings as well.
And 3600 C16 or C14 is quite expensive.

Yep. I cant see the OPs question but RAM wise yes, not going to get 'good' RAM for £90

depends on the CPU and general use. personally i would still get the cheap 3600 C18 and work on timing.
in most cases slower ram is just fast ram that didn't make the cut for some reason

Most Micron Rev. E 3200 c16 will overclock to 3800 cl16 anyway if not higher at not particularly high voltage. And it cost like 70quid for 16GB

Since getting on a newer Bios on x570 this micron ram is absolute beast for the money will do 3800 cl14, sure I can do 4000 but never bothered uncoupling IF, but will test soon ready for 5000 series. Plus can get them quite tight too across the board, only thing they don't like is low tRCDRD and tRFC when comparing them to B-die. I can run 3800cl16 now at same voltage I used to run at 3533cl16 (max on older bios for me) and ive tested the crap out of them too, no reddit OC's.
