Do i need a new PSU? if so which one is recommended?

My plan is to use my old HDD,DVD DRIVES ETC,

Yes it is possible BUT they may bottleneck your system depending on how old they are.

You will most likly have to format the HDD and do a fresh install of windows because of the change of motherboard.

What is your current PSU?

I think its 330W if thats what u mean as u can tell this is my first 'build'

Almost certainly, especially since you are OCing then.

Would suggest the Corsair 520W.

Now i just need to add an HDD to put all my films onto if i have to make a fresh install! or could i do a fresh install in a new partion or something?

For best results you might find getting a SATA 2 HD should improve your boot and loading times, and saves you swapping all your data about.
