Running people (gang members) over really is the best way to get your skills up.

Or get the truck cab and just ram gang cars, I found a big loop in the 2nd gang's area and just kept circling it taking out gang cars, got to lvl 4 very quickly.

The pistol (comes with 80 rounds) and heat seeking rocket launcher or grenade launcher. Plus the cluster grenades.

I like the pistol because it is very quick to use the auto aim for a headshot.

I'm using the sniper rifle (kills with one shot, only comes with 20 rounds) and the heatseeking rocket launcher......My explosive ratings went through the roof once I got that bad boy!!!

The Pistol is good, very good!

But my combo is either:

Rocket + Shotgun (rapid fire)

Rocket + SAW MG (good for spray and pray)

I find that i jump...a lot! so i just take shotty and jump next to target = BLAM (dead!)

It's tricky, if you use the SUV and oddly enough... go slow, you will get them

yeah if you go at medium speed they jump out the way but slowly they dont, i like using the super car because it goes under vehicles instead of over them which can result in missing pesky gang members. as long as your moving your kill 'em doesn't matter how fast
