It looks like the colours are running at a lower bit rate than they should, are you running Windows 8 or above, if so then it's prolly not a bit rate issue as I think they are locked to 32bits.

I get that effect on my monitor (which is an old Samsung T220), but it only happens very slightly on moving images and seems to be reduced with less aggressive overdrive settings, perhaps you can try changing some of those settings?

i have win 7 and 10, on both looks the same. i tried changing overdrive, no difference :/ dont know what to do really...

1) Looks like you have terrible backlight bleed, so that will effect deepest black
2) Seems you have brightness too high

Try disabling any black enhancer, contrast enhancer or other guff in nvidia/ati control panel.

1. might be
2. i was playing a lot with brightness, in monitor setup, nvidia panel, windows calibration settings. white pages like google give me snow blind, whit the lowest settings white is alright but rest looks poor.

If you are using an nvidia card you need to go into the nvidia control panel and scroll down to the video tab and change it from limited to full colour range. It defaults to limited which will give you a grey washout out look too blacks in videos. Doesn't effect anything else games or anything else
