New Drive DST Failed.

I went for the Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache on 18th March on the today only price. A few days later installed and running fine since but I decided to do a test on the drive as it was noisy since I got it.
It failed the Seatools drive self test but not chkdsk.

Should I trust the Seatools test or keep confidence in windows to report errors?

Shall I run it by with OCuK or run the Seagate Fix all tool?

My view is that the manufacturer's tool is the key one. If that fails then its a valid rma in my opinion.
