Currently I have 4 drives:
320gb: 20gb partition for OS and programs, 300gb for documents & work
2x 300gb for storage
1x 320gb for storage
They are all seagates 7200.9 or 7200.10. Only problem is that with having 4 drives they are idling at 40degress. Was thinking of getting a raptor and a 1tb drive but:
Need it to be quiet (i know the raptors are loud but is that still the case for the new 300gb and how loud is it when idling compared to the older seagates)?
