New DS4 constant bleep?

Got my new board and got it upand running yesterday and this morning but tonight wouldn't even get to bios. Only using 4200 memory so don't think its that, took it apart and re-assembled and it boots up but with a constant high pitched beep and shows a mystery pci device thats not there? Is it worth trying to fix or RMA?

Panic over, reset cmos and solved mystery pci fault and the Psu was failing which was the reason for noise and why it was behaving strangely. PSU packed up and got a new one today and installed new one no problems now
