I'm after a new DVD player and would like some ideas please. Don't want a HD-DVD player of Blu-Ray Player yet as I have no idea which was it's gonna go so don't fancy spending more than is needed. I do need the player to be multi region and a HDMI connection would be nice but is not essential. Don't want to pay more than £100 at the very most, would prefer to pay less though.

Samsung DVD-1080P7. Upscales to 1080P, and the picture quality is great. I'm very pleased with mine, as are a lot of people on AVForums. Multi region is easy with a remote hack.
It can be had for around 60 quid if you look around.
