We are introducing a new, more efficient dispute resolution process for when buyers claim an item was not received or the item they received was significantly different than described in the listing. The goals of the new process are to keep buyers on eBay by giving them a more familiar eCommerce resolution experience, and to reduce the time buyers and sellers spend resolving issues.

How does this new process benefit sellers?

The new system is designed to have fewer communication steps between buyer and seller, and require a shorter time to dispute resolution. We will also better monitor and prevent buyer fraud or abuse.

So, in other words, still no proper support for sellers then.

In other words if you sell something and the buyer decides to be a gimp then you're ******

I sold an xbox on there and the buyer was all "ok hun I'll send postal order as my man is in pompey etc blaa yada i am ginger nyernyer" and then never proceeded to send payment.

So I phoned her mobile and she hung up the moment I mentioned xbox so I send a text asking if she actually intended to pay and she replied back saying no and sorry.

So much for support from eBay......

Lol no, what do you take me for? I'm leeter than that :p

Console will just get relisted.

It really is bad at the moment though. I want to sell a processor and for some reason they sell for a lot of money on ebay for what they are (opteron 175) but i have no trust in the system. What's the most reliable way of receiving money on there now? It certainly isn't paypal.
