406 really are great cars and capable of massive mileages!

The TD engines are a bit agricultural for me these days though, would have to be at least a HDI! Although granted, no veg oil!
 
Bored now, got new toy parked outside that needs a good tinkering. And i'm sat here with my arm in a sling, argh!!!
 
Very nice for the cost to change.

I had a facelift 2.0 petrol executive. Best ride of any car I've ever owned (including XJs and 7 series), engine was gutless at low revs and not particularly economical but car was very comfortable, handled reasonably, pretty reliable and an absolute bargain. One of the last Peugeots where the car was competitive in its class in my opinion.
 
Could this possibly get any better? The previous owner has just transferred £100 to me to cover the cost of the cam belt kit i was going to change :D

Nice to know goodwill is still around.
