So im looking at getting some new fans and need a bit of help, I have a corsair 650D case so I need two 120mm fans for my H80 cooler and two 200mm for the front and top, im looking at these

Purely for looks and the reviews seem pretty good.

I want them to be quiet when im watching movies and stuff but im not too bothered how loud they are when gaming as long as they keep my system cool.
Also wanted a fan controller so looking at this...

So does it matter if the fans are 3 or 4 pin, i dont really understand the difference between the two?

Thanks in advance

So are all fans capable of being connected both ways or do you need to by specfic fans depending on how you want to control them?

you can put 4 pin pwm fans on the normal 3 pin plugs but they won't work in pwm.pwm is a way to control fan speeds via your motherboard. however you are going to use a fan controller so you won't be needing 4 pin pwm fans.so when you are gaming you can just crank up the fans with the controller and turn them down for normal use. i had my 4 pin akasa viper fans on pwm on my mothe4rboard but i was'nt impressed so i now use gentle typhoons on a controller.it's now much quieter
