New folders in shared homegroup folder not visible?

When I finish a torrent, I sometimes tell it to move to another folder but the folder isn't accessible despite the parent folder being shared.

I then have to share that specific folder or take the file out of the folder and transfer it to the parent folder.

If I create a folder myself, it shares fine, it's just when I use a torrent app to move downloaded files too.

Is this normal?

Ah, it seems to work now if I transfer it before I start the download.
