I liked the "Edgy" styling which Ford introduced on the Mk1 focus then put on later Mondeos. Since then they've just gone more & more generic.

Looks like a bigger, fatter fiesta. All the shots seem to be the 5dr, hopefully the 3dr will look sportier and more aggressive.

Had a really good poke round one in Paris and tbh it's a pretty nice car all round, nothing revolutionary but a nice step up from the mk2 focus, internally especially.

As probably the only person in the UK who actually owns a Fiat Bravo I have to say from the pictures they don't actually look that a-like.

They have the same basic shape - but the new Astra, Leon and Megane have all 'copied' the basic shape of the Bravo as well so it's hardly new.

Personally I'll reserve judgement till I see one, the interior looks brilliant and the outside I'm not sure on but I doubt it'll look terrible or a bit awkward like it does in the pictures. Bet it does alright when it's released.

It's not bad.

But it's uglier than the Mk.II.

Anyone seen the ST? It looks ridiculous - the front vent is totally overpowering.

So i've seen a few of these now and they still look quite bland amongst all the other korean lookalike hatchbacks. However the tech in the car is what is keeping me interested.

However, the price.

I've just specced one up to how I want which in truth is just shy of ticking every box but it's quite scary how much it's all came to.

The price does seem high, but to get a true comparison you need to compare it to the cost of a similar spec Golf, A3 or 1 Series.

26k buys a one year old S3! Never mind comparing to an A3 or a Golf.
