New forum layout - All icons showing read?

It is open, you can see the top of the back of the flap above the contents sticking out of it.

Nah ur missing the point.

The old icons:
Read - a closed envelope
Unread - an open envelope with something in it

The new icons:
Read - a closed envelope
Unread - an open envelope with nothing in it

An empty open envelope looks like Read, not Unread. That's what caused the confusion today.
