I have these and they are great and are in the deal this week also so a few quid cheaper so thats win.
You will probably need a new PSU to power all that new stuff so I would go with this one

a good all round case where you can remove the extra drive bays to get the extra long gfx card in.
You wont need a sound card as most motherboards come with quite good onboard sound but if you wanted all singing and dancing then of course you might want one but if you are planning on the above headset onboard sound should be ok imho.
