New Gaming Headset!

Hey guys purchased a new wireless gaming headset:

Recieved it today and for some reason the sound keeps dipping in and out like crazy all the time! Listening to music is a nightmare it's like it's losing frquency all the time?! Any one else have trouble with sets like this?

I really hope it's not another faulty purchase from OcUK as my last 2 of 3 (Both RAM) purchases were faulty too

sounds like low battrey and maby some sort of energy saving softwere ? or maby outa range ? chech them befor blaming ocuk >.<

Even if it is faulty, I don't see how OcUK can be blamed? It's not like they manufacture the stuff!

I have a different creative usb headset and experienced something similar, my advice is goto the creative support site and check if theres new firmware for the headset. How on earth those things passed quality control ill never know

As these are 2.4Ghz are they effected by Dect Phones, WiFi, those TV transmitter things etc?
