New Gaming Mouse

The G500 is a pretty great mouse, but the G500S is meant to be coming out in Europe this month, and it should be around that price point

Sharkoon Drakonia/Perrix MX-2000
Steelseries Sensei RAW
Shogun Bros Ballista Mk1
Razer DeathAdder ReSpawn (Or Black Edition)
Saitek Cyborg RAT3

Any of the above will serve you pretty well. My personal recommendation would be the Sharkoon Drakonia as it's stonkingly good value. If you feel like stretching a little more the Shogun Bros Ballista MK1 is pretty damn good.

The Logitechs suggested are good, but as said their replacements are just around the corner. I personally prefer the look of the older mice but there are obvious upgrades in the new mice that you may prefer.

hhhhmmm thanks guys for yous suggestions i was looking at the G500 and also the R.A.T.3 i think i will try to live with the mouse till the new G500s comes out see what is new

If you're wondering about the G500S, Linus does a quick unboxing of it. The only differences I can remember are the better material on the mouse surface, and the mouse click buttons are more durable.

I would stretch the budget a little and get a Logitech G600 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-213-LG&groupid=702&catid=23&subcat=1257

I have recently got a razer naga 2012 and the buttons are great for EVERYTHING, not just mmo's. I think they're missing a trick marketing them as mmo mice as you can use the buttons for any game that will use all those buttons. I find my naga comfortable to hold for fps, the g600 is even more comfortable apparently.

They're NOT just "mmo" mice, you can use the buttons for weapon selection, map, map zoom, grenades, special grenades, gadgets etc and thats just bf3.

they're dirt cheap, but if you can live with knowing you still have some money in your pocket/wallet/bank, the gigabyte m6900 is stupidly impressive for the price.
Feels just as good as any mouse I've ever owned/used, and at one point, you could get them on slae at certain etailers for around £11. software for macros is simple and works well, laser precision is easily as good as the 5600dpi Naga the Mrs got me for my birthday, and the dpi selector on top is great when you want to change between sniping and run and gun action (lower for more accuracy while sniping). if it WAS £30-40, it'd be a bargain, but it's only around £15 :)
