New Gaming PC - £1600 spend

Hi all,

I have posted recently about building a PC for 1k but I am still struggling. I have a budget of £1600 and need the following items:

• All PC components and case (would like minimum 1TB ssd)
• Keyboard & mouse
• 2 x monitors (1 for streaming)

any advise welcome.

Just offered to buy all this to my nephews and get it built and his dad told me my nephew cant have it until July lol doh!

So the 7th is closing in and im hoping this will improve the build I need for my nephews birthday PC, ive got a keyboard and mouse now, so £1500 left to spend on the PC and monitors.

I'm guessing the Ryzen build as it was quoted last. Although no denying the brute strength of the INTEL build... (i am Swiss in these scenarios, with red tendencies towards future).

But, @EsaT, is Finnish and is showing admirable restraint with your 9700K build - it must be killing him

Board has BIOS flash back, just need to use a USB drive with the BIOS on it, and press the button on the I/O shield before you install the RAM/CPU etc.

"Flash BIOS Button: Simply use a USB key to flash any BIOS within seconds, without installing a CPU, memory or graphics card."

@tamzzy The MB is in stock, so i am sticking with the original one you suggested. Are you able to give me a direction on what and where to get the Bios update that i need. I've been looking on the MSI website but not entirely sure what one i need to download.
