If you're that hung up about BF3, you could wait until the open BETA and see what people who already have similar setups are saying.

Although, let's be honest, SLI 570s (as in Reaper's spec.) should absolutely nail BF3

I am very tempted this time around to go watercooled (Real watercooling ) to overclock the nutz off certain parts.

I will also be doing, photoshop, general website admin/editing, video editing but not on a mamoth scale.

i cant give you any guarantees because the game isnt out yet, but i would be shocked if you couldnt run it on highest

also, since your doing all that other stuff you might as well put an i7 2600k in there, because you will see a benefit from it (apparently BF3 benefits from it too)

it still leaves you plenty of room for some proper watercooling, however i would change the case to a corsair 650D or even a corsair 800D, because the silverstone raven is completely pants for watercooling. a graphics card brand change might be useful too, because i dont know if the TFIII is a reference card
also, if your going for proper watercooling i'd make a seperate thread in the watercooling section because i know very little about watercooling

If you do a search on google you can pick up 6970s from around £200 anyway. If OP is going the water cooling route then there's not much that can stand up to that power without spending considerably more.

wouldn't know until the game is released, but I'm hoping it'll max it at 2560x1440(have a u2711, I don't think it looks cheap

). unless of course nvidia have had their devious way and it means there are 'things' in the code that wouldn't work well on amd cards(conspiricy theory

).

the toxic doesn't require a bios flash as it comes with dual bios and one of them is pre-modified, all you do is flick the switch and hope you're not one of the unlucky ones

Sweet, see now I can't see DICE develope a game that 6950 or 6970 wouldnt max out. I mean how many people will have 6970 CF, not many even if it is the cheaper option? LOL apologies for offending your beautiful monitor

I think I ment more it looks like a normal panel that comes bundled with a DELL PC nothing special (until of course you see the picture)

I would prefer to go AMD and get pair 6950's to save ££££ but I am willing to spend ££££ on GTX 580 sli to be certain. Just don't want to be mugged off lol
