I'm going to be building a new PC which will mostly be used for 4x strategy and games from the total war series.

I've just put this together and wondered if I could get opinions on the build. Nothing is set in stone, however I would like a 32 inch monitor.

*Edit, I should have mentioned the budget is between £1500-£2000

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,548.89 (includes shipping: £28.02)

Don't go with Intel at that price point, I added a 3070 which may be overkill but its still in your 2k budget.
You could wait for the 3060 and pick up one of those, but you will have to be quick.

This is a much better build than your one. Kept the same case, monitor and cpu cooler however.

Thank you for putting that together.

Just had a quick look on Overclockers and the board is out of stock and the GPU and Processor are on Pre Order. Could you suggest any available alternatives?

Unfortunately there isn't really any alternatives, all of those parts are very popular for a very good reason. I would just get in line and hope you can get it soon. Sadly, stock is hard to get hold of and you are joining quite late but I wouldn't pick any other parts just because they are in stock.

The board is in stock elsewhere if you wanted to secure that at least. Its actually about £20 cheaper somewhere else...
