On the CPU, there's practically no difference between the i5 and i7 for gaming. For the motherboard, the Gigabyte OC is a really nice board (one of the best), but there are cheaper options if you want to cut the spend by about £30-40. Graphics - 2x7950 will give out oustanding performance, and a single one overclocked isn't very far off a GTX 770 anyway.

The board allows SLI also and technically nothing stopping you from adding another gtx 760 or 770 later on and 850w psu would allow that its all about the performance for the price you want

For two monitors, 2x7950 would be the best option due to more memory + bandwidth. On a single monitor it's debatable, but 2x7950 will give max settings in anything.

Yes they are very nice cards i was just pointing out he isnt limited to crossfire he can do both

Not exactly. The stock heatsink with the retail CPUs has it preapplied. When you buy aftermarket heatsinks it's either pre-applied or comes with a tube of the stuff
