you can upload it to a picture upload site such as imageshack or photobucket etc. then use image tags around the picture url like so:

Theres even a handy "insert image" button on the input box.

ill be game on a BenQ 24 widescreen monitor, will 780i motherboards be ok for Tri SLI 280GTX's or will i need 790i with ddr3 ?

No point in 3x gtx 280. Complete waste of money.

Get an intel x48 motherboard and 2 4870's. You probably will not be able to tell the difference as crossfire scales far better than sli.

No offense mate, but do you really need £800 worth of graphics card???!!!

One 280 is pretty handy, 2 seems like overkill let alone 3. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Saves you about 500 quid and there is a watercooling kit in there.( you can do better with a custom one but i couldnt be bothered)
