Hello all!

I am, tomorrow, looking to order a pre-built gaming system from the fine folk at OcUK.

I only need the system as i have a monitor already and other peripherals. I may throw a new keyboard in there though.

I have a budget of around £1000. I could stretch a little further.

I was thinking of http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-190-OE&groupid=43&catid=2040&subcat=

with the GTX 580. Is this a good choice or could i improve on certain parts?

Look forward to your input, thanks!!

Hi Buchanan,

I don't mind, i was just thinking it would be easier to get it delivered all as one. Do you think i could save some money this way or build a better system within the budget? What would you recommend?

Thanks

I think i'll stick with it getting delivered prebuilt as i want it to look lovely and tidy inside and i know i'll make a mess of it :P.

Out of the available systems, what would you guys recommend?

Hey All,

I've gone Akitas spec, but with the following changes:

Asus GeForce GTX 580 Matrix Platinum 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card **Supplied with FREE Batman: Arkham City PC game** - £389.99

Antec 902 Nine Hundred Two (V3) Ultimate Gaming Case (with USB3.0 Support) - Black - £109.99

This should be ok right?

Hey Fowler

It's just a few people have mentioned issues with XFire and i don't wanna to be stuck a few months down the line :(

I currently have a Hanns G HL231 / 23 inch / Widescreen / LED Monitor.

Cheers
