most will say better drivers and better for bf3 etc, with the option of going 3d if u use recreational drugs
the vram argument only makes sense if going 3 screens or 1440p which doesnt sound like u are going to do
its hard to say psus are overkill bcos gives u options later and the bigger ones run cooler
