New gpu install won't boot

I noticed my Palit gamerock 5070ti has an 2x 8 pin pcie adapter which when I first saw it seemed odd as my nitro 9070XT has 3x8 adapter. However the 5070ti works fine. But have I the wrong one? Glad OP is sorted now though.

I've looked at an unboxing video and this seems correct.

It is only an issue if the card was supposed to come with a different one.
