Problem fixed! Thankyou stulid and wazza300.

Fellow citizens of Overclockers, I am in dire need of your help.

A few days ago I received a new GPU.

The GPU fails to display any output.

What I have tried:

- Uninstalling old GPU drivers.
- Installing new GPU drivers.

- GPU is firmly plugged into motherboard.
- Seperate 8 pins and 6 pins power cables connected.
- Upgraded to 750w PSU as GPU needs 600w power.

- Using different monitors.
- Using different HDMI and DVI cables.

- Adjusting BIOS to make sure GPU is used and not integrated graphics.
(The system detects the new GPU anyway, since it disables integrated graphics when the GPU is plugged into the motherboard with power cables.)
- Plugging back in old GPU still works fine with new PSU.

My Specs:

New GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290X OC WindForce 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (GV-R929XOC-4GD)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard

Old GPU: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 7870 OC Windforce 3X 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

PSU: SuperFlower Leadex GOLD 750W Fully Modular "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply

I came to the conclusion that the new GPU is faulty. So I sent it back to Overclockers who then returned it. The email read:

Technicians Test Report - "No faulty, posts with no issues, tested on all outputs"

Please tell me any suggestions or ideas that you have. I can add pictures if requested.
