I'm looking for a new GPU.My system specs are:

I5 [email protected]
8GB of ram
GTX 670 4GB

I game at 1080p on an acer monitor currently playing a mixture og games from Arma 3, Witcher3, The Division, Wasteland 2.

Have about £400 to spend but don't know if a 1070 would be overkill for my specs.
 
Get a used 980ti for near £200 and save yourself some money, wouldn't spend £400 on a new card to game at 1080p unless you plan on upgrading to a higher res soon, if that's the case look out for a used 1080 close to £400.
 
I don't like buying used gpu's from here anymore last two gpus i've bought have bit the bullet within a year because people lie about how the card was used.I bet the last one I bought was used heavily for mining.

I'd buy that ocuk on offer RX480 4gb or stretch to a rx480 8gb.

rx 480 will be a nice upgrade, and if thats a 60z monitor, then any better would be wasted IMO. if 120hz+, then maybe a 1070 if you really want to push the boat out :)
