New Graphic Card

I'm looking to replace my old graphic card and need some advise on a replacement.

I am currently playing Team Fortress 2 and my current card copes with this game very well, but i am looking to play COD 4 or Vegas 2, and not sure if my card will cope with these games.

I currently have an Asus ATI X1550 Radeon.

To be able to play the above mentioned games what card would you recommend as a bare minimum.

Just for the record i am running a AMD 64x2 dual core processor 2.2
and 1 gig of ram (Ram soon to be upgraded)

How much were you looking to spend on this card and i am assuming its a pci-e card you are looking for.

Only about 50-60 quid i'm afraid, on a very tight budget at the moment, well untill the morgage rates come down abit anyway.

Made your choice yet? Theres a few good deals in the OcUK sale section at the moment.

Really don't know what to do.

I know naff all about graphic cards, all i do know is that i need it to be able to run all of the latest games, fancy COD4 at some point.

I was hoping for someone to say get this card and every one agree, life would be so much simplier.

What is the difference between this -

The reviews look OK, could this handle COD 4

Also how much difference would i see between these cards and my current ATI x1550
