New graphics card help

I have the large Dell Optiplex 990 and am wanting to but the Zotac GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4 GB Mini Graphics Card, does anyone know if it will fit inside the case?

The specs of that card are 144.78mm length x 111.15mm width according to Zotac. And it will be 46mm in height or slightly less as it's dual slot (one slot approx. 23mm).

There's different types of Optiplex 990 towers. Got a tape measure? Even a ruler might do.
