65 quid = 7600gs

105 quid = 7600gt

140 quid = x1950pro 512mb

all are agp cards and all prices inc vat and delivery.

there is one card for everyone in the agp gang.

I would go for Sapphire or PowerColor ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Both Retail £135.11 inc VAT as suggested by LoadsaMoney.

You can pay the extra £18 for the Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB but that would take you over your spending limit

but would the rest of my specs not bottle-neck that card???

If you want to spend a lil less money go for the OCuK 7900GS 256mb, its a nice little card. As for having 512mb it dosnt matter unless you play games over 1280x1024 res.

On a similar note, I'm also looking to order a pci-e gfx card but my budget is around £30-50 (I'm not really a gamer - currently running a geforce 3 Ti200 :D). Any suggestions?

jongeeone is right If you play your games at 1280x1024 res or less than you 256MB would be OK.

But If you are going to keep the card for 12-18 months, than I would go with the 512MB just in case the games need the extra memory on the card, it only money.

Probably a 6600gt, nice little runners, and i think according to the last steam survey are the most commonly used cards still.

ok thanks!! my main game is gonna be ArmA!!! so future games not an issue!!
i know ppl have had issues with ArmA on high specs pc's!! but i can run the game-although on low with my x300!!!
so prob will go with the ocuk 7900gs 256!
knowing if i wanted that card to run for over 18 months would seriously need to upgrade my pc!!!

thanks!! ;)

That or a 7300GS // 7300GT. Had a GS myself , nice card for what it is , played most games alright.
