New Grphx card arrived what OC program should i use?

Hi,

Im just wondering 2 things realy, i recived a second disc to along side the driver disc, "HIS iTurbo your Graphics Card assistant". is this just HIS's overclock program or is this something i need to install?

and second off all what if it is the overclock program for HIS should i use this or something else?

I have never overclocked my gpu before infact i have never even overclocked a cpu before :s

use gpu tweak,look for the advanced button and click unlock ccc limits or something like that and then look for gpu voltage and tick the box,then you can adjust things

With Afterburner you can't overclock an HIS voltage without forcing constant voltage it seems. You will need to flash to a bios in the spare bios slot to one supported by Afterburner to allow voltage tweaks.

GPU Tweak mentioned above might work but I've not seen it confirmed yet?

iTurbo isn't particularly good, I've had issues with it, so use one of the more widely respected ones.
