Time for a new hard drives (part of a mini PC update, graphics card etc), nothing wrong with the old ones, bur I intend to pension them off into an old Pentium 4 rig, the question is, do I go for the same set up as I have now, 2X80GB SATA Samsungs set up in Raid 0 or do I go for one larger drive 160GB SATA Samsung or similar. (Samsungs are quiet) Also if I go for one drive will I suffer a marked drop in performance? The PC is used for Games and general internet browsing etc.
