New Haswell Rig Required

I am looking to build a new Haswell rig.

I currently have the below items which i purchased some time ago:

1) Corsair Vengeance 16 gig 1600 RAM - will this work with haswell?
2) 3TB Seagate Baracuda HD
3) Corsair 600T case
4) Seasonic G-650 Gold PSU

What i need to get is the following:
a) Intel I7 4770K haswell CPU
b) Gigabyte mobo: Can anyone recommend??
c) Heatsink Coller: Can anyone recommend??

Prob about £150 for the motherboard and about £50 for the cooler
