**NEW HDMI OVER POWERLINE BOX**

Everything about this product is perfect for what I need, except the price :( Great idea though.

I agree the price could be better even though we are the cheapest. I must be the only person willing to pay the money at the moment as I love mine and so glad I got it.

I have my desktop pc upstairs and plasma tv downstairs with this technically i can send whatever is on the pc to my tv correct? I would love to play my games on my plasma, as i had to buy in the past console versions of games instead of the PC equivalent as i despise playing games on the 24inch monitor now i know there is a 51 inch TV downstairs. This could give my pc some more usage

No 4K right?

An Intel NUC sat at your plasma and running Steam Streaming will kill so many birds with one stone (keyboard/mouse/controller/HDMI) and for 1/2 the cost.

Hi, Yes you view your computer screen from the TV downstairs you just plug your computer into the box then box into your monitor and then the other box downstairs.

Not to put you off but you must have long keyboards and mice cables to play games downstairs :) It does not have USB connectors and I don't think wireless keyboards and mice will work over the IR sorry.

It only supports up to 1080p I believe.

Hehe well, i was thinking to do this only for games that i would use the gamepad with, witcher 3, tomb raider etc. WOW and SC2 i will play upstairs.

Currently i have a wii u downstairs and when gf wants to watch tv or play ps4 i go upstairs and play on the wii u controller so i see the signal goes fine and i know the wii u has a very crappy wireless connection with the controller. Most likely my house is made of rubbish materials :P.

So my next question would be there must be some latency doing all this right? For a video it wouldnt be a problem but for a game i assume all this jump and hop from one system to another would introduce some latency.

I actually have a 2in1 laptop that is gathering dust which i never tried actually thats a good idea. Most of my games though are non steam games and i dunno if its supported by my PC anyway, Q9550, 8gb DDR2 and a 680 GTX. I know its really really old but for 1080p so far plays a lot better than my ps4 :P

Well I will be able to let you know the answer for sure a little later as I will be testing it out with the PlayStation 4 and the Division to see if it has any problems. I have only been using mine for TV and my media streaming box at the moment.

Great idea but you could get a wall or two channelled, replastered and redecorated for that price!

But what if you want to move you main TV or even keep swapping the box from certain rooms this is a lot easier to move and less messy.

looks good but wont work in houses like mine where powerline adaptors dont work across different ring mains. eg needs to be on same floor doesnt work upstairs.
