New install with SSD - Setting and Tools

Hi guys, just wiped my SSD after some issues with my OS. i seem to have gained some performance back, but could be just a clean install. This time i wanna do it right, is there any win7 settings that are a must or features that should be turned on or off?

as for the intel toolbox, how often should that be run?

I grabbed a great tool from the OCZ forums - just google for OCZ SSD tweak

It helps you to enable/disable features such as indexing, superfetch, timestamping and the like.

Yup.. it just tweaks Windows settings, so SSD brand is irrelevant

i just downloaded but on my laptop which is not SSD, did you just run the recommended settings?
